Management Team
The Webroster team comprises of a range of experts in software development, quality assurance, technical support, customer service, sales and marketing, all of whom are highly experienced in their individual field and passionate about what they do.
Webroster is run by a loyal and dedicated management team who use their expertise and knowledge of their field to represent the various areas of the company. The management team is made up of:
Nigel Gittins (Managing Director)
With a background in the software industry, Nigel founded Webroster in 2002 when his parent’s businesses were in need of specific software solutions.
Gary Doades (Operations Director)
Gary has been with Webroster since day one! He is now responsible for the company’s technical strategy and day to day operations.
Natasha Lunt (Sales and Marketing Director)
Natasha creates and maintains ongoing customer relationships. She ensures that the products and services on offer, meet customer requirements.
Richard Ward (Development Manager)
Richard oversees the development of the system, coordinates the development team and works closely with support, design and the quality assurance teams to ensure the system is developed to meet customer requirements.
James Murrell (Support Manager)
James manages the support department to ensure that we provide an efficient and effective technical support service for our system users.
Roy Brown (Accountant)
Roy manages the accounts department and maintains all financial aspects of the business.
Naomi Dainty (Marketing Manager)
Naomi is responsible for the ongoing marketing and promotion of Webroster. She creates and maintains strategic communication campaigns for new and existing customers.
Olivia Groom-Smith
(Office Manager and PA to the MD)
Olivia has been with Webroster since 2008, she supports Nigel as well as taking care of general office management and HR.
