Electronic Call Monitoring
Webroster.net offers three Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) systems; Webroster Mobile, PhotoTrac™ and VOIPTrac™. All are designed to work hand in hand with the Webroster.net application for time and attendance; to track staff and monitor when they check in and out, where.
Our workforce monitoring systems offer something for everyone, from VOIP phone lines to the latest barcode technology and smartphone apps.
It is advisable to use each Electronic Monitoring system in conjunction with the Alert Manager module, so that not only does the system log any late arrivals/early finishes, but it raises an alert at the time.
Webroster Mobile is an Android application which mixes electronic monitoring with a rich, intuitive interface to show roster information and client details as well as a valuable panic button.
PhotoTrac™ uses a barcode reader on staff’s mobile phones to read a barcode left at the client location. This then sends data to Webroster.net, detailing which staff member is at which client location, and logs the time as a check in or check out.
VOIPTrac™ uses touchtone telephones for staff to check in and check out. They simply dial an 0800 phone number from a landline phone at the client location and this uses VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology to log that particular staff member as having checked in or checked out.
Receives real time information from electronic monitoring systems (Webroster Mobile™, PhotoTrac™ or VOIPTrac™) and raises an alert if staff are early or late in starting or leaving a visit.
